Gesken specialises in creating fully personalised, made-to-order toy products — including custom bobbleheads, standees, and sticker sets — tailored uniquely to each customer’s specifications. Because every product is handcrafted to order using customer-supplied designs, photographs, and customisation preferences, the nature of our business means that returned and resold products are not possible. This policy sets out the terms and conditions under which sales are final, the limited circumstances in which we provide remedies for defective or incorrectly fulfilled orders, and your rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law.
⚠ IMPORTANT NOTICE — NO RETURN POLICY All sales on Gesken are final. Goods that have been sold, dispatched, and/or delivered are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, except as expressly provided in Section 4 of this policy (Defective or Incorrect Products). By completing a purchase on the Gesken platform, you acknowledge and accept this No-Return Policy.
1. Why We Do Not Accept Returns
Gesken’s products are bespoke, personalised items manufactured exclusively for each individual order. The following characteristics make returns commercially and practically impossible:
- Made-to-Order Manufacturing: Every bobblehead, standee, and sticker set is produced only after an order is placed. No stock inventory of finished personalised products exists.
- Customer-Supplied Inputs: Products are crafted using photographs, design preferences, and personal details provided by the customer. The final product has no value or utility to any other person.
- Irreversible Customisation: Physical characteristics — sculpted likenesses, painted features, engraved names or messages — cannot be undone, reversed, or transferred to another product.
- Hygiene and Safety: Products designed as children’s gifts involve artisan-level physical contact and packaging; returned items cannot be re-processed or resold.
- Consumer Acknowledgement: You are explicitly informed of the personalised, non-returnable nature of products prior to placing your order and at the point of checkout confirmation.
By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the customisation preview (where provided), approved the design, and accepted the no-return terms.
